As a key member of our team, we are seeking an exceptional Childcare Administrator to support the smooth operation of our childcare service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and distribute parent invoices in a timely manner.
* Manage receipt of fees from parents using Eazyeft Software.
* Support the effective functioning of the front office and maintain accurate records.
* Provide administrative support to the Manager, including data entry and compliance reporting.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications with parents, staff, and other stakeholders, as well as maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Discretion and attention to detail are essential.
A Fetac Level 5 qualification or above in Childcare is highly desirable, as is knowledge of Pobal and the HIVE platform. However, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality early years care and education, as well as a passion for supporting children and their families.
