Sales and Survey
* Convert leads through proactive outbound sales and networking.
* Conduct site visits, client meetings, and consultations to understand project requirements.
* Prepare detailed and competitive quotations tailored to client specifications.
* Perform accurate surveying to support cost estimation and project planning.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of an extensive and evolving product range.
* Communicate with architects, contractors, and builders to resolve technical issues and coordinate installation plans.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear communication and professional follow-through.
* Provide expert product advice and ensure clients receive optimal solutions for their renovation projects.
* Support and contribute to continuous improvement in sales strategy and customer engagement.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Experience You Need:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the windows and doors industry – essential.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and renovation project workflows – desirable.
* Experience dealing with architects, contractors, and technical drawings/specifications.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client expectations simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in the Construction Industry is a Bonus.
