Customer Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Dublin Airport. This is a temporary full-time opportunity to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the success of our business.
* About the Role:
* This is a 2-month contract with flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
* You will work at Dublin Airport, selling tickets, answering customer queries, and ensuring high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service, taking a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Sell tickets and add-on products to customers, providing guidance and information as required.
3. Effectively communicate information to customers and liaise with colleagues regarding service updates and disruptions.
4. Assist drivers with boarding and help with customer luggage.
5. Manage coach movements within the station and maintain Health & Safety standards.
Requirements:
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
* Front-Line Customer Service Experience: Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
* Positive Attitude: A positive attitude towards customer service and personal development is crucial.
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as part of a team on your own initiative.
* Health and Fitness: Good levels of health, stamina, and fitness are required due to the fast-paced environment and long periods of standing/sitting.
