We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong expertise in electrical systems to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of property maintenance and repair tasks, with a particular focus on electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and small installations in residential and commercial properties.
* Perform general property maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) where required.
* Respond to scheduled and emergency call-outs in a timely manner.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out, parts used, and time spent.
* Provide excellent customer service and represent Fixy Property Maintenance in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
* Strong experience in electrical diagnostics and repairs, ideally within a property maintenance or facilities management setting.
* Additional skills in general maintenance trades (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) are an advantage.
* Full, clean Irish driving licence.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
