Payroll & HR Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Manager for one of our clients, the ideal candidate will take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll and HR operations across multiple regions. This is a standalone role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving, and working closely with Finance, HR, and external providers.
What You'll Do
1. Manage full‑cycle payroll for Ireland, the UK, and the US.
2. Ensure compliance with tax, social security, pension rules, and statutory reporting.
3. Oversee employee benefits, renewals, vendor relationships, and monthly billing.
4. Manage equity compensation processes including grants, vesting, tax compliance, and employee queries.
5. Act as Workday SME—maintain data accuracy and handle all employee lifecycle transactions.
6. Support audits, year‑end reporting, and HR/Finance data requirements.
7. Produce HR dashboards, reports, and KPI insights for leadership.
8. Maintain strong data protection standards (GDPR) and internal controls.
What You Bring
9. 5+ years' end‑to‑end payroll experience in a multinational environment.
10. Strong knowledge of Irish & UK payroll legislation.
11. Hands‑on Workday experience (2+ years).
12. Experience with equity compensation (RSUs, vesting, tax implications).
13. Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
14. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
15. Degree in HR, Finance, Business—or similar (IPASS desirable).
