The role combines operational maintenance, technical project management, and compliance oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.Key Responsibilities:Operate, maintain, and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems.Lead facility improvement projects, upgrades, and installations.Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings.Requirements:Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.3–5 years' experience in building services or facilities management.Hands-on knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and technical drawings.Familiarity with Irish building regulations, safety legislation, and CMMS/BMS systems.Professional registration with Engineers Ireland preferred.Why Join:Multi-site role with varied technical challenges.Hands-on and project-based responsibilities.Support for professional development and chartered progression.
