The role focuses on providing immediate first aid treatment, supporting site safety initiatives, managing medical preparedness, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvideimmediate first aid and basic medical assistanceto injured or ill employees at the worksite.Respond promptly toaccidents, incidents, and emergencies, including performingCPR, wound care, suturing/stitching, and stabilizing patients before medical evacuation.Maintain a well-equippedfirst aid center/medical room, ensuring all medicines and supplies are up to date and compliant with statutory norms.Support theHSE team during site incidents—assist in injury reporting, documentation, and root cause analysis.Conducthealth awareness sessionsand first aid training for site personnel.Monitor site conditions to proactively identify potential health or safety hazards.Maintainmedical records, treatment logs, and incident reportsin coordination with the HSE department.Coordinate with local hospitals, ambulances, and emergency response agencies for timely medical support.Assist in developing and executingemergency response and evacuation plans.Participate inmock drills and safety auditsas part of the HSE team.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience:1–7 years in industrial or construction site medical care, preferably within railway, metro, or infrastructure projects.QualificationDiploma / Certificate inNursing / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / Paramedics / First Aidfrom a government-recognized institute.Senior Safety First Aider:Minimum 5 years of field experience with advanced first aid, trauma care, and emergency response exposure.Safety First Aider:1–4 years of relevant site experience in occupational first aid or medical support roles.Key CompetenciesFirst Aid, CPR, and Emergency Medical ResponseTrauma Care, Wound Management & StitchingHealth Surveillance & Basic Occupational HygieneAccident & Incident Medical ReportingMedical Supply & First Aid Room ManagementCoordination with Local Hospitals & Ambulance ServicesSupport in Emergency Drills & Rescue OperationsStrong communication and documentation skillsProficiency in MS Office & EHS Reporting Tools
