As a Facilities Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the start-up of our first European manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Planner, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities department. This includes scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. You will also help prepare and track budgets for facilities-related spend, ensuring all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and experience of coordinating maintenance repair activities within a regulated environment. You will generate reports on maintenance activities and project progress, work closely with other departments to understand their requirements and provide solutions, and create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
What Makes You Successful
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Previous experience in facilities administration or planning is essential. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be skilled with the Microsoft Office suite and have experience of managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
