What's Involved
Efficiently undertake and coordinate all site administration duties, providing support to the Contracts Manager and wider project team
Manage, track, and record site correspondence using company databases
Administer records for labour, plant, materials, and returns
Assist the Health and Safety team in recording and managing H&S documentation
Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and project team to ensure smooth project operations
Support effective communication between site and office teams, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Key Requirements
2–3 years' experience in a similar site administration or office support role
Previous experience in construction is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and database management
Attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
