Job Title: Pre-Operative Assessment Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team in the pre-operative assessment department of a hospital in South Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients before surgery, identifying potential risks and developing plans to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience as a General Nurse with NMBI registration.
* A certificate or postgraduate nursing course in pre-operative testing is preferred.
* Proven clinical and professional managerial ability, with strong communication skills to liaise effectively with Consultants, GP's, consultant secretaries, and other healthcare professionals.
