Veterinary Receptionist and retail assistant required for part time hours including Saturday in a pet lifestyle business and veterinary hospital in Kildare town. Excellent IT, communication, sales skills are essential as well as a working knowledge and interest in the veterinary sector. This is primarily a Saturday role at front of house involving taking appointments and answering queries over the phone, via email, social media, meeting and greeting pet owners on arrival and taking payments. Responsibility for retail- pet food & prescriptions sales and collections. We have a varied caseload and suite of services. The full range of clinical and surgical, a boarding kennels, cattery, day care and pet retail of own brand dog and cat foods. You will be working with one other receptionist supporting a professional veterinary team and reporting to the managing director.
