We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer with strong experience across systems support, integrations, infrastructure troubleshooting, and operational IT delivery. This is a broad technical role supporting both day-to-day operations and ongoing platform initiatives across multiple business systems and third-party technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors while supporting integrations, automation workflows, reporting processes, and business-critical platforms. The role would suit someone comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment with a mix of operational support and project delivery responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshoot business-critical systems, integrations, and operational platformsInvestigate issues across Microsoft 365, identity management, email routing, APIs, and third-party systemsMaintain and enhance internally developed integrations using PHP, MySQL, and Linux-based workflowsMonitor automation processes, scheduled jobs, and data flows between systemsCoordinate with external technology vendors and managed service providers to resolve technical issuesSupport platform and digital transformation initiatives across eCommerce, reporting, automation, and operational systemsAssist with onboarding workflows, supplier integrations, and structured data managementMaintain technical documentation, troubleshooting records, and system process mapsProvide operational continuity and technical oversight when requiredSkills & Experience Required5+ years’ experience in systems support, infrastructure, or integration-focused IT rolesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technologies and environmentsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and business-critical platformsHands‑on experience with PHP, MySQL, Linux/Ubuntu environments, and automation workflowsExposure to REST APIs, JSON/XML data exchange, and system integrationsUnderstanding of DNS, email routing, authentication, and identity-related technologiesExperience coordinating third-party vendors and managing technical escalationsFamiliarity with ERP or finance-related systems would be beneficialComfortable working independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
