The Role
We're seeking an ambitious and dedicated Trainee Manager to join our leadership development program. This is a full-time, permanent position offering comprehensive management training across all aspects of hotel operations. You'll work closely with our experienced management team while gaining hands-on experience in our hotel, restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management Training
* Rotate through all hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing
* Learn revenue management, occupancy optimisation, and pricing strategies
* Understand hotel systems including PMS, channel management, and operational software
* Assist with daily operational challenges and problem-solving
Team Leadership Development
* Shadow senior managers and learn leadership techniques
* Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational decisions
* Develop skills in managing diverse teams across multiple venues
Guest Experience Management
* Handle guest complaints and special requests with management oversight
* Learn to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
* Understand the full guest journey from booking to checkout
* Develop skills in creating memorable experiences across all touchpoints
Multi-Venue Operations
* Gain experience across hotel, Nelligan's Bar & Restaurant, and CASK venue
* Understand different operational models and customer segments
* Learn event management and coordination across multiple spaces
* Develop skills in managing diverse revenue streams
