CGL Retail Solutions is a leading provider of innovative retail displays, shopfitting solutions, signage, and project delivery across Ireland. We work with major brands and retailers, delivering high-quality design, manufacturing, and installation services.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our operations team and are now recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support workflow, communication, and scheduling across the business.
Role Overview
The operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all projects move smoothly through the company — from initial job setup, through design and production, to installation.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and enjoys coordinating people and information. You will work closely with our design team, workshop, sign shop, and installation teams to ensure every project progresses on time and to the highest standard.
This is a key role in keeping the entire business running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Project Workflow Management
* Enter new jobs into ClickUp (our internal workflow system)
* Assign tasks to Design, Production, Sign Shop, and Install teams
* Track progress and follow up to keep projects moving
* Ensure deadlines and installation dates are communicated internally
Communication & Scheduling
* Act as a workflow link between all departments
* Confirm installation dates with clients
* Support installers with kit preparation and information
* Provide timely updates to the management team
Operations Support
* Highlight delays or issues before they become problems
* Ensure job information is complete and accurate before production
* Support the General Manager and Head of Operations as needed
* Maintain excellent documentation and consistency
Systems & Continuous Improvement
* Help improve the flow of information across the business
* Follow established SOPs and Lean practices
* Maintain clean, organised digital records in ClickUp

* Good computer skills (ClickUp experience is a bonus, but training provided)

Experience (Preferred, Not Essential)
* Experience in shopfitting, interiors, construction, retail projects, or manufacturing coordination
* Project administration or operations support experience
