Here's what you'll need
* Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and drafting tasks.
* Possess strong computer skills, including advanced use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail and perform thorough quality assurance (QA) on own work.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality output.
* Requires High level experience to develop accurate 2D CAD drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
* Review and coordinate own work with other team members in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with Project Manager and Design team to determine project requirements.
* Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems.
* Confirm the correctness of the details and the corresponding schematics.
* Discuss issues and create Record of Discussion (ROD) with Trades, Design Team etc.
* Conduct peer quality checks on drawings and models produced by colleagues.
* Have familiarity or experience with construction sites, ideally within semiconductor or chemical plant projects.
* Undertake site surveys in live production environments.
* Possess knowledge of Mechanical engineering or demonstrate willingness to pursue further career development in this area.
* Hold a valid Safe-Pass certification.
