Financial Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a finance or administration role, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and assist with inventory tracking.
* Support cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required.
* Contribute to month-end and annual financial reports.
* Bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations and posting.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a finance or administration role.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with ABM software is an advantage.
* Qualified Accounting Technician or part-qualified Accountant is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
