Reliability Engineer - Ireland - 12 months
Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities:
* Support engineers in fully integrating Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) into the company culture.
* Implement programs and procedures to ensure compliant equipment maintenance.
* Monitor the operation of equipment and systems.
* Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, such as asset utilization, costs, compliance, and scheduling.
* Apply methods and processes to prevent or reduce system failures.
* Determine the use of predictive maintenance technologies.
* Conduct root cause failure analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and optimize preventive maintenance.
* Train employees on reliability processes and educate supervision on the impact of operators and technicians on reliability.
* Review work orders, assist planners, promote preventive maintenance, and support technicians through continuous education.
* Analyze failure history to identify reliability characteristics and develop long-term solutions for recurring issues.
* Review maintenance and installation plans for new equipment and provide reliability and maintainability specifications for procurement and support plans.
