We currently seek an experienced Senior Group Finance Manager with residential experience for a mixed-development project in Donabate, consisting of over 1200 units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare internal and external financial reporting, including monthly consolidation and Board pack preparation/review.
* Manage the group financial reporting team through effective leadership and coaching.
* Process improvements for financial reporting and forecasting functions.
* Project manage annual report process, interacting with stakeholders across the business and external design consultants.
* Manage internal audit function.
* Act as primary point of contact for Group auditors.
* Project manage single entity statutory audit process with review and coaching responsibilities.
* Assist Investor Relations team with ad hoc queries and information requests.
Requirements:
* Proven knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting, particularly in group consolidation, acquisition activity, and statutory financial reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop financial reporting teams.
* Experience managing complex financial projects, such as annual reports, audits, and group budgeting processes.
* Prior experience managing internal and external audit relationships.
* Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership, investor relations, auditors, and design consultants.
