We are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse with a genuine interest in caring for older adults with complex needs. Ward 2C is a 30-bed ward providing care for patients who may be experiencing acute illness, delirium, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and palliative care needs. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, specialist nursing care, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred and relationship-centred care at all times. You will be joining a dynamic, well-motivated, and supportive team who are committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
