Dispatch Officer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Officer to manage the dispatch of products and coordinate on-time deliveries.

* This is a pivotal role within our operations, requiring exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage dispatch of product from start to finish.
* Process customer orders and arrange transportation efficiently.
* Provide expert advice on products and collaborate with sales staff.
* Maintain environmental and safety management systems in line with industry standards.
* Organise internal audits to ensure compliance.
* Test and sample products in the laboratory to ensure quality.
* Coordinate with subcontractors on health & safety documentation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction or engineering background.
* Strong IT skills with ability to use various systems.
* Excellent geographic knowledge of County Kerry and West Limerick.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
