We are XEye Security, we are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Remediation Expert with more than 7 years of hands-on experience in identifying, analyzing, and remediating complex security vulnerabilities across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading remediation efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively to safeguard organizational assets. Key Responsibilities Lead vulnerability remediation projects across applications, networks, and cloud environments. Collaborate with penetration testers, SOC analysts, and IT teams to validate findings and prioritize fixes. Develop and implement remediation plans for critical vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps. Provide expert guidance on patch management, system hardening, and secure configuration baselines. Document remediation processes and produce clear, client-ready reports. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of remediation workflows. Stay current with emerging threats, exploit techniques, and remediation best practices. Required Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on remediation, vulnerability management, or incident response. Proven expertise with tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar vulnerability scanners. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to streamline remediation tasks. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
