Business Administrator

The Role
We are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team
The main duties will involve:
· Co -ordination of damage assessments for fleet clients
· Provision of customer service in connection with the above
· Follow up of instructions to ensure SLA's are met
· Processing of queries from colleagues internally and externally
· Updating our workflow system
· Ensuring timely delivery of outputs
· Reviewing reports received for accuracy
The Candidate
The successful candidate will need:
· IT skills, including Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; Outlook
· Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
· Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task and problem solve
· Fluent business English is essential
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· An interest in the motor industry is an advantage but not essential
