We are Hiring EU Healthcare Assistant t o a leading Nursing home in Maynooth,Kildare, Ireland.
Permanent/full time Responsibilities Provide person-centred care that promotes residents' independence and maintains dignity at all times.
Follow each resident's care plan, including assistance with personal care, mobility, toileting, moving and transferring.
Use excellent observation skills to ensure safety, accurate recording and timely reporting.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Engage with residents by observing, listening and communicating effectively.
Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' needs or wellbeing.
Be punctual and manage time efficiently during all duties.
Deliver consistently high-quality care aligned with best practice.
Adhere to all Health Safety and Infection Prevention Control guidelines.
Requirements QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification (or equivalent).
Only EU nationals eligible; no work permit sponsorship available.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
Two reliable and contactable references required.
Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations.
Not able to accept applicants who require visa sponsorship.
