In this role, you will be a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) working with clients of strategic importance, helping shape the growth of the business and the overall service offering.Job ResponsibilitiesManage client‑facing projects, large‑scale data migration projects and significant change management projects.Help shape strategy for the integration of a dynamic fintech providing solutions for clients across the globe.Execute the Project Management structure and ensure ownership, execution and tracking of all deliverables.Escalate and solve critical challenges.Manage multiple senior stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure projects run smoothly and stakeholders are kept up to date.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsDemonstrate Project Management experience; minimum 5+ years of project management experience including participation in complex and global projects; strong organizational and program management skills in the financial industry preferred.Demonstrate experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross‑functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders.Strong background and proven ability to transform businesses across multiple business areas.Experience delivering high‑quality project management in a client‑facing environment.Vocal in challenging business‑as‑usual operating models and recommending innovative improvements.Excellent analytical and presentation skills.Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization.Excellent judgement and independent decision‑making ability.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsManaged integrations, change management or other large‑scale projects or business initiatives across lines of businesses.Ability to translate business requirements across technology and fintech partners.Experience working on projects with engineering and product development components.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience managing client HR projects in the reward and equity compensation space.We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
