What You'll Do
* Drive growth and new opportunities in our hot school meals programme.
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of Regional Managers on the road.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with operations to ensure every customer receives an excellent service.
* Be a key player in expanding our national impact on child nutrition.
Who You Are
* 6+ years' experience leading sales or operational teams.
* Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
* Strategic thinker who's also hands-on and solution-focused.
* Confident communicator with a positive, people-first approach.
