We are recruiting a Site Manager for a new role based in Dublin
Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
Manage site operations, including coordinating activities, materials, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with standards.
Monitor progress, address delays, and facilitate effective communication with design, commercial teams, and stakeholders.
Lead safety initiatives, team development, and maintain site standards for safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, with Main Contractor experience.
You will be skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications and reports, with a proactive approach to logistics, site operations and problem solving.
You will be an excellent communicator, capable of working independently or in team environments, within fast-paced settings.
