Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs and timescales for large-scale construction projects, managing and maintaining accurate records and reports, and developing and implementing effective project management strategies.
Requirements:
1. Vast experience in Irish Contracting
2. Extensive tendering experience with large scale clients
3. Extensive experience in main contracting
4. Vast knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
5. Knowledge of Main Buildings sector and the reasons for certain projects
