About the role: Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, assisting clients find skilled individuals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets. Nurturing existing relationships as well as developing new ones. Over time you will become an expert within your market, and use this knowledge to grow your desk, and the business as a whole. You will be dealing with existing clients rather than focusing on cold calling and you will be very much working within a hot desk all the while developing your knowledge of the industry.
