Sales Executive - Kildare Hotel - €37k Were looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to join our client's sales team (39 hours per week). Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will suit someone with strong hospitality experience, a flair for relationship management, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Handle incoming sales enquiries for group, catering, and golf events in line with company procedures Monitor availability of guest rooms and event spaces, offering creative alternatives when needed Act as the primary contact for golf group bookings Manage all client communications and documentation within agreed timeframes Maintain up-to-date and accurate account records Support the execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets Oversee the full event handover process to ensure seamless execution Record activity and manage client interactions via Opera Draft contracts, event details, and tailored proposals for clients Build strong working relationships across assigned accounts Ensure menus, guest lists, and key event details are logged and confirmed ahead of time Coordinate site visits and ensure internal departments are kept in the loop Keep internal systems updated and assist with forecasting and reporting Share feedback and insights with the wider sales team Provide cover and support for colleagues when required Requirements Previous experience in a sales or event coordination role within hospitality Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting Team-oriented, with a hands-on, solution-focused approach A personal or professional interest in golf is a bonus Rewards Salary up to €37,000 Career development opportunities within a supportive team A collaborative and energised working environment Be part of a business with an ambitious, people-focused culture BURAMB22 Skills: Opera B2B Sales B2C Sales Benefits: See Description
