Activity Coordinator Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Activity Coordinator to design and deliver meaningful activities that enhance the daily lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities.
* SUPPORT RESIDENTS TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE, DIGNITY AND CHOICE.
* Create inclusive programs for residents living with dementia.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months experience in care or healthcare settings preferably working with older people/dementia care is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude willingness to learn flexibility creativity creativity enthusiasm strong communication interpersonal skills ability empathy patience independence dignity person-centeredness self-motivation passion for helping others social interaction community involvement understanding confidentiality discretion compassion responsibility time management organisation planning prioritisation delegation
