As a key member of the IT team, the Network Systems Specialist will collaborate with the Service Desk to procure, assemble, and configure new PCs.
The role involves delivering systems to end users, providing orientation, and ensuring proper setup.
This position requires technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Windows desktop configuration, networking, printing, and standard desktop systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Provide comprehensive support for workstation hardware, specialized business applications, and general productivity software.
* Monitor and maintain the IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system, ensuring timely updates, proper escalation, and clear communication with end users regarding issue status.
