Finishing Foreman One of our leading clients are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Finishing Foremanto assist in the delivery of a major high-rise residential development with an underground car park in South Dublin. As a key member of our site team, youll work alongside other Foremen to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, safely, and efficientlymaintaining progress in line with project schedules and quality standards. This role is initially a Full Time - 1- 2 year Fixed Term contract, in line with scheduled works, subject to review in line with project progression and completion. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday work Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on your experience A robust pension scheme and free parking Discounted meals at our head office 20 annual leave days plus 2 extra company days for that perfect work-life balance Exclusive access to the award-winning Palmerstown House Estate Golf Club and Trackman driving range Special friends and family rates at Comer Group Hotels Key Responsibilities: Oversee finishing and general construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications and schedules Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades personnel on site Enforce Health, Safety, and Welfare policies at all times Attend site management and planning meetings regularly Collaborate with the Finance team to manage procurement and maintain accurate records Monitor all works on site to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity Record hours worked and coordinate manpower reports with HR and Payroll departments Ensure plant and equipment are used and maintained properly Uphold the highest quality standards across all site activities What Were Looking For: 5+ years experience in a Foreman role on large-scale construction projects Background in residential and/or underground car park construction is highly desirable Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills Ability to manage time and personnel effectively Proficiency in site administration and reporting Preferred Qualifications: Trade certification or a construction-related degree First Aid and CIF Managing Safely in Construction certification Experience with high-rise developments and underground structures To be considered for this position apply today or call Vishnu Singh on.
