Job Title: Site Manager
As a seasoned professional, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Reporting directly to the contracts manager and project director, your responsibilities will include managing site teams, maintaining accurate records, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing labor organization and subcontractor coordination.
For this role, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven new build experience, strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods, self-motivation, excellent team-building skills, and analytical mindset. With relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification, you will play a crucial role in our company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver construction projects on time and to the highest standards.
* Report directly to the contracts manager and project director.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation.
* Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure H&S compliance.
* Oversee labor organisation and subcontractor coordination.
* Liaise with engineers, review construction drawings, and survey sites.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager with new build projects (essential).
* Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods.
* Self-motivated with excellent team-building skills.
* Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
* Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability.
* Relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification.
