About The Team The recruiting team builds Stripe’s culture by aligning global talent with high-impact business needs, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and using data-driven storytelling to influence the business.
What you’ll do
* Grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team by owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
* Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies aimed at achieving headcount goals, with an emphasis on expanding GTM teams in EMEA.
* Propose and implement creative, scalable changes to recruiting strategies to enhance efficacy and reach.
* Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports on hiring progress to business leadership.
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent and ensure a robust, inclusive candidate pool for current and future needs.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends in the EMEA region and use insights to inform recruiting strategies and address challenges.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal—to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements
* 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business proficiency in English
* Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making
* Proven ability to identify and engage top talent and foster relationships with candidates
* Experience using data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes
* Flexibility and adaptability to shifting tasks and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish
In-office expectations
Office attendance expectations vary by location and role. Some sites require substantial in-office time (e.g., Bucharest 80%, Mexico City/Bengaluru 100%), while others offer more flexibility. The exact expectation will be discussed by the hiring manager.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €68,800 - €103,200. Location may adjust the range. Benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
