Commercial Finance Analyst - Dublin - Hybrid - Qualified or Part Qualified

This role is part of the Global Commercial Finance team at ICON. The team's main focus is on pre-award negotiation and management of commercial terms, ensuring downstream financial and operational performance, while minimizing associated legal and contractual risks.
The Role:
* Global Commercial Finance Control
As a member of the Global Commercial Finance team, you will support the Director in establishing full global control and accountability across the ISS division.
* Negotiating Commercial Terms
You will work closely with our strategic alliance clients to construct and negotiate enterprise-level commercial terms tailored to their individual needs.
* Client-Focused Budgets and Proposals
You will coordinate and prepare client-focused budgets and grids for new business opportunities, ensuring all requested information is provided within the given timeframe.
* Kick-Off Meetings and Financial Modelling
You will chair kick-off meetings and coordinate the participation of appropriate personnel in the financial modelling development process.
* Proposal Support
You will provide high-quality, timely support to the Proposals team to ensure client proposals are commercially sound.
* Liaising with Departments
You will liaise with the Business Development Team, Strategic Proposal Development, and Operations to ensure the proposal and strategy meet business needs in line with triage priority.
* Cost Preparation and Clarification
You will prepare costs for proposals by interacting with operational departments to coordinate costs and assumptions, and clarify contract specifications with the Commercial Finance Manager, Project Manager, and/or Account Manager as needed.
* Filing and Tracking Tools
You will maintain filing and tracking tools in accordance with accepted practices.
* Other Responsibilities
You will undertake other reasonably related duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
* Accounting Qualifications
You should be qualified or part-qualified in accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Education
You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
* Financial Analysis Experience
You should have experience in a financial analysis position.
