Requirements
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent
Minimum of 3 months’ experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam)
Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16
Vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis, Varicella
Responsibilities
Assisting patients with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting nursing staff with patient care in a hospital setting
Ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Maintaining a clean and safe care environment
Accurately reporting observations and concerns to the clinical team
