I'm working with a well-established and highly respected independent insurance broker based in Donegal. They continue to grow and are now looking to add a Personal Lines Account Executive to their team.
The Role:
You'll focus on managing and growing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing tailored advice and top-tier service. This includes:
1. Quoting and processing policies (home, motor, etc.)
2. Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
3. Building trusted client relationships
4. Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team

8. Salary of up €37,000 p/a to and bonus potential (up to €4K/year + commission on large cases)

Who we're looking for:
11. APA or actively working toward it. If you are coming from the APA IOB exams, we can also discuss the role.
12. Background in insurance or banking with an interest in specialising in insurance
13. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
14. A proactive and organised team player with a professional, client-focused mindset
