Basecamp Adventure Park in Shanagolden is seeking a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic Paintball Marshal to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marshal, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers during their Splatball and Paintball activities.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers upon arrival, provide a brief safety talk, and ensure they are equipped with all necessary gear for their activity.
* Enforce all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a fun and positive environment for our customers.
* Monitor game play, offer assistance when needed, and ensure that all players follow the rules of the game.
* Provide instruction to customers on how to properly use the equipment and ensure they understand the basic principles of the game.
* Clean and maintain equipment after each use and ensure it is stored properly.
* Assist with other tasks as needed, such as preparing equipment, setting up game fields, and providing general maintenance
Requirements:
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all ages.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce rules in a friendly and positive manner.
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be physically active.
* Must be able to work weekends.
