Corporate Tax Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our tax department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing corporation tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of clients.
About the Role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice.
* Advising on business structures, expansions, financings and refinancings.
* Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution and other aspects of tax authority enquiries.
* Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring and post-acquisition business integration.
* Preparing clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future.
* Managing the delivery of corporate tax returns and advising on related planning opportunities.
* Managing and mentoring a high performing team.
