We are actively inviting applications for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

This is a new, full-time role responsible for all aspects of revenue management, including but not limited to maximizing the hotel’s revenue and financial performance through effective pricing, inventory management, and strategic market planning. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury hotel market trends across all markets, guest behaviour, and revenue optimization strategies. Candidates must demonstrate experience in the luxury hospitality sector and the ability to interpret data and analytics to drive revenue growth and overall hotel financial performance.

Responsibilities Summary:

1. Develop and implement pricing strategies utilizing dynamic pricing to optimize room revenue and occupancy rates.
2. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Forecast and budget based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.
4. Manage room inventory distribution across various channels (direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and Tour Operator Allocations) to maximize revenue.
5. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute short-term and long-term revenue strategies.
6. Oversee the reservations team and work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
7. Review and adjust forecasts regularly to ensure alignment with actual performance.
8. Stay informed about market trends and events that could influence demand.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience in revenue management and pricing strategy, ideally within a luxury hotel hospitality setting.

Personal Attributes & Skills:

* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
* Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and room inventory management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, with experience in HotSoft, SynXis, Channel Manager System – D – Edge, Avvio/SHr, and Revinate preferred.
* Ability to interpret data from tools like STR and Lighthouse is desirable.
* Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
