Job Title: Sauna HostJob Purpose: To support Treehouse Sauna guests through their thermal experience and be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across the sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi areas.Reports to: ManagerLocation: Osberstown, Naas, Co KildareKey Responsibilities:● Warmly welcome guests and guide them through the sauna etiquette and experience● Checking and responding to all customer emails in a timely manner●Administering a booking system with responsibility for cancellations and rescheduled appointments● Monitor sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and at the correct temperatures● Maintain facility cleanliness during shifts including cleaning of saunas, changing rooms and toilets● Observe guest safety and comfort at all times●Ensure sauna facilities (saunas, jacuzzi, cold plunge) are maintained to the highest cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards● Ability to prioritise and multi-task within a fast-paced environment● Flexibility to work early morning, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidaysQualifications:● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.● Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail● Comfortable working in warm and humid environments● Physically able to stand, walk, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts● CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €14.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
