Microsoft Consultant - Dynamics and Power Platform Location: Dublin / Hybrid (Ireland-based) Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Technology Consultant to join a growing, collaborative team delivering end-to-end advisory, design, and implementation services across the Microsoft ecosystem - including Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver Microsoft transformation projects across Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, and the Power Platform. Advise clients on digital strategies, governance frameworks, cost optimisation, and Microsoft technology roadmaps. Design and implement Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions. Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages). Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives to ensure scalability, resilience, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Contribute to proposals, business development, and thought leadership in Microsoft-led transformation. Requirements 4-10 years' experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions in consulting or industry. Strong knowledge of Azure services (security, infrastructure, DevOps, governance, cost management, disaster recovery). Hands-on implementation experience across Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), M365, and Power Platform. Experience in cloud migration, integration, and security best practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills. Desirable: Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Dynamics 365 Consultant, Power Platform). Experience in regulated industries such as public sector or financial services. Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
