A well-established and growing hospitality group is currently seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join the team at one of its flagship 4-star properties in the Midwest region.

The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the accommodation department, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained across guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive standards, manage teams effectively, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the accommodation department
Ensure all guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to high 4-star standards
Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team
Prepare departmental rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational requirements
Monitor productivity, quality standards, and departmental efficiency
Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures and company standards
Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
Work closely with senior management and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accommodation or housekeeping management role within hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and customer service focus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
High standard of spoken and written English
Hospitality or industry-related qualification advantageous
Flexibility is essential, as the role will include weekend work.
