Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead revenue expansion and capitalize on sales opportunities through the effective management of business development initiatives. This entails identifying, targeting, and securing new business partnerships and opportunities across various segments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales/business development, demonstrating success across local, regional, national, corporate, and international leisure markets.
* A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly within the 4/5 Star hotel sector.
* Proficiency in developing, managing, and executing strategic plans to meet group objectives.
