* Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports on complaint management

* Develop metrics and reporting dashboards for internal and external requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Third Level Qualification or relevant experience with 3+ years of numerical or analytical work experience
* Experience working with large datasets and proficient with data analytics and reporting
* Logical problem solver with excellent numerical aptitude
