Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic direction of our platform infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web hosting and experience in defining customer experiences for infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with other Product Managers to understand our platform's product strategy and your team's critical role within it.
* Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience for the services and domains your team manages.
* Articulate complex technical information related to infrastructure to a diverse range of non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:
We are looking for an accomplished individual with the following qualifications:
* 7+ years of progressive product management experience in a technical environment, preferably with a strong background in web hosting.
* Foundation in technology, such as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-centric field like Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or Business.
* Technical acumen, including familiarity with DevOps, Production Engineering, and SRE best practices.
