About Your New Job Plan and optimize route and load schedules for deliveries.
Organize and communicate load schedules.
Book in deliveries and liaise with customers.
Liaise daily to ensure that customers receive their orders on time in full.
Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their requirements.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using product knowledge and expertise and effective resolution of customer issues.
Place orders on the system and maintain IT systems in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Undertake any other assignments and administrative duties as may be reasonably required by the manager.
What Skills You Need Experience working in a busy administrative role.
Experience providing in person or phone-based customer service.
Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Detail orientated with an ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines.
Solution focused with the ability to be flexible in their approach to problem solving.
Enthusiastic with ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
Farming related background desirable.
