Reset Fitness runs 2 facilities in Cork- 1 in Midleton and the other, opening soon, in Little Island.
While not a deal breaker, the ideal candidate will be able to work between both locations for a total of 30 hours per week.
Our flagship program is semi-private coaching (6 clients per coach).
You must love small group coaching to be considered for this role- it's not for every coach.
We keep our coaches work shifts short in order to give them time to enjoy life, and, if they'd like, the opportunity to launch a coaching service they're passionate about within our facilities to deliver more value and earn more as a result.
With our larger Little Island location opening soon, we're open to expanding/improving our services in:
* pilates
* yoga
* sports performance
* sport clubs such as powerlifting, kettlebell sport, etc.
* physique transformations
* injury rehabilitation
If you love coaching people in a small group setting, are eager to grow as a professional coach, would love the opportunity to run your own 'passion project' and work great within a small team, this is the role for you.
Duties:
* Design and deliver fantastic coaching sessions
* Assess and onboard new clients
* Delivering monthly workshops and short courses
* Operate our client retention program: check-ins, birthdays, appreciation events,
* Attend educational workshops, staff meetings and coaching programs
* Promote and attend client appreciation events
* Maintain a clean, clutter-free coaching facility
* Take part in our online promotional activities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €25,000.00-€27,300.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
