Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our indirect professional services category. As Category Leader, you will be responsible for driving effective sourcing strategies to deliver the best outcome for our organization in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
Your primary focus will be on managing sourcing events, commercial negotiations, market and competitor analysis, and contract administration and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve these objectives.
In your daily job, you will create and manage RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection and recommendations for deals within your scope. You will also develop and monitor key performance indicators for all engagements, ensuring full compliance with SCM policy and procedures in our organization for all sourcing events.
You will act as an escalation point for relationships with Suppliers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze category spend regularly and identify opportunities to achieve cost savings/avoidance, perform market analysis within the managed category, and prepare reports, documentation to support initiative tracking.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply chain or Procurement of indirect services.
* Experience in managing sourcing projects houses in different markets around the globe.
* Exposure in sourcing services across different business areas (e.g., Tax, IT, Manufacturing, HR, Engineering, etc).
* Experience in working in a matrix organization with various functional stakeholders and on various regions.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and capable of delivering within deadlines.
* Self-motivated and able to work in a geographically dispersed team.
* Solid Technical/Commercial/Financial knowledge to operate intelligently and persuasively with suppliers, business line and engineering leadership.
* Superior oral and written communication & selling skills.
* Fully competent with MS suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau experience would be advantageous.
