Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Complex Projects: Successfully lead and manage end-to-end implementation of significant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Drive Practice Expansion: Actively contribute to pre-sales and business development activities, including scoping engagements, participating in sales presentations, and developing compelling proposals to expand the practice.
* Mentor & Innovate: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of consultants and developers, while establishing best practices, design patterns, and methodologies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
* Cultivate Client Partnerships: Foster strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and recommending well-considered Dynamics 365 solutions that drive their strategic objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive Experience: Over 12 years in technology delivery, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementation delivery.
* Architectural & Implementation Expertise: Proven deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture, implementation, and specific modules such as Customer Engagement and Field Service.
* Leadership & Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients at all organisational levels.
* Business Acumen & Certifications: A profound understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions, supported by relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
